How can they drop a local channel?

was a surprise to me, but I googled it, and it happened. I’m sure I can still access another way but annoying. when I go to Fox, I just get a message saying it’s not supported by xfinity

I’m with dish and our local station dropped fox for dish about 6 months ago. Not happy

In my opinion, Hearst and Disney are using football season to hold some of the cable channels hostage to stick it to them and in the long run to us as who pay a bill every month.

It’s pretty cheap to get a satellite antenna. I hardly ever use it other than football, but it’s good to have when the internet glitches or like in your case.

Far be it from me to force anyone to do anything they don’t want to do, but FYI that YouTubeTV has all locals, it probably costs half of what some of y’all are paying, and they just started 4-game multi view

I have Dish (I have it at my house and RV) AND an OTA antenna. You can get an OTA tuner for your dish receiver and then add the locals into your guide.
