I was going to post a video of a song from Springsteen’s new album but I just finished listening to it and man, it sucks. Karaoke-like contrived covers of soul songs. 2 of his last 3 have been embarrassingly bad but at least Western Stars were his own songs that nobody previously heard sung a thousand times better than he does. So instead, here’s this one to hopefully cleanse my listening palate:
