Are any of yall really gullible enough to believe the networks weren't at least a little involved in this ? I mean this is really big business, this is the gigantic cow of the business, the networks write the checks and they want the most marketable product they can get their hands on. "Win one for the Gipper" has left the building and won't ever be back, it's all about the money now.

FSU vs UGA is for the NC.

How do you know about other men sitting down to pee? Have you been peeking over the stall doors?

The committee made a huge mistake. Georgia has no gripe. They lost to try and get 2 SEC teams in. They got what they deserved.
Yep, you pee sitting down.

What a terrible way to pick the teams for the playoff. "best teams" (subjective) and "right now" (even more subjective).

But unfortunately, the committee thinks like you do, and it's also why the 4-team playoff is a big pile of shlt and always has been.
That's not my criteria. It's the committee's criteria. It's the stupid words actually uttered from the committee chair's stupid mouth.

But if your criteria is the "four best teams," you should probably put the four best teams in there. That didn't happen.

If you have any questions about how it happened, watch SEC Roll Call this week.

Yes, he should be pissed, but, if not him, it was going to be somebody else.
This was a NO Win situation for the selection Committee.
Sure, but to have Georgia who's only loss is against Bama who's only loss is against TX, there seems to be only one way to fix that.
Washington, Michigan, FSU are automatically in due to their records on the field.
Georgia, Bama, Texas have to logically work this out.
Texas has the worst loss, but the best Win.
Georgia lost to the team Texas Beat, they are out.
Bama lost to Texas, they are out.
Texas is in.

Or you could have Georgia, Bama, and Texas all flip a coin, odd man out on the toss gets into the playoffs.

FSU shouldn't even been in the conversation to sit out. Bama should have lost to Auburn and I would hold that against them. Texas played the best all season. Georgia didn't look good pretty much the entire season. They looked sloppy, but still dominate.

And at the same time, FSU's strength of schedule was well behind, not to mention, losing the QB.. It was a tough call. Clearly NOT a layup,.

He could be the next Alabama Head Coach if he doesn't get stupid.

Or you go by who has the worst loss.
Alabama lost to #3 Texas
Georgia lost to #4 Alabama
Texas lost to #12 Oklahoma

Alabama is in over Texas and Georgia.

If we are just going by wins and losses...It should be Michigan, Washington, FSU, and Liberty.
