Not the quality in what. Football only or athletics overall?

Sure football only I can see it being less than UT And OU. Overall though?...those 4 schools are really good and add a lot of talent/fans/competition to the conference.

And I don't know why UT and OU are being compared here when the 2 schools mentioned that I responded to were Cal and Stanford.

Football is all that matters. But Texas & Oklahoma bring great quality in basketball, baseball & other sports.

I always figured Clemson would try to join the SEC. Or figured they at least location wise make more sense than University of South Carolina. Seems like the two should be swapped if we’re talking location. South Carolina is actually on the Atlantic Coast and Clemson much closer to SEC territory. Just my 2 cents though.
