He has always been about the 10th QB on our list and we are only taking two. You have to recruit about ten... in case eight out of the first nine go elsewhere.

This is straight from our coaches.... no conjecture on my part. We just were not that impressed when he came to campus this fall.

That's why we have slow played him, but have not recruited him very hard at all.

Cam has always been a "Plan B" recruit for MSU, KSU, and OU. Auburn was his only "commitable offer" OU just lost a recruit, so they are apparently offering him as their "Plan B".

So now.... maybe he has two offers.

Would certainly like to see Juice sign with Mississippi State b/c I think he would be an immediate difference maker for our program. However, this constant drama and attention whoring is growing stale. If Juice wants to be an Aubie, Coach Mullen needs to know so we can hopefully get a replacement. Brunetti would be a very nice pick up. I would even take a shot on Favre. Our future at QB is Tyler Russell and the future may be now if we lost Juice Newton to AU. I sure hoped we'd get Juice though so that Russell could have the luxury of maturing as a QB slowly.

Never fear though. The TTM has exhausted his eligibility and the future at QB for MSU is bright. There. Edited to remove all Figs. Better?
