OP makes a good point, but as a fan of UM, I would hate to see it happen...Lane recruits just fine, players love him ,damn hope it never happens, Lane wanted the Canes job big time, but we hired Mario for 8 years

Lane is a good coach but he doesn't want to recruit with the big dogs. He also seems to choke in his most important games.
