This may help explain to some of you how our On3 Consensus rankings are going to work. This is why PSU is lower at On3 compared to Rivals/247 right now. By using the rolling average of current commits nationally, it gives fans a better feel for where PSU will actually finish come signing day.

It makes sense that the system attempts to avoid over-exaggerating a class rating just because of the # of commits...here is a question just out of curiosity: I doubt it, but have any of the ranking systems considered modifying the way that kickers and punters factor into a class?

Yeah, I never put too much stock in the rankings this time of year because some teams are waiting to fill their classes yet waiting on the blue chip kids to commit. I do pay attention to the average rating / player and with that said I really like this PSU class. Thinking when all is said and done, we end up in the 7 to 10 range. Do that every year and we'll have more than enough talent to challenge for conference and NCs

Is it possible to add a Sort feature to each column so that the team rankings can be sorted?
