It's obvious PV A&M has played a much tougher schedule than State has. They have to be the BEST 1-7 team in the country!
I didn’t know that college basketball only played one half.**
MSU will stomp these guys in the second half. State came out emotionally dead. It's hard to get a team up for every game, especially when it's a 1-7 team that can score. All it will take is one or two runs followed by some tough D leading to fast breaks and State will get going.
Cam not playing kinda changes the dynamic. Just a lot of shooters without Cam in there.
Also your best interior defender by far and that’s where they are doing their damage.
One player shouldn't really matter against a team this bad. I'm thinking Duke could manage to beat them without Flagg.

Being down 27-12 and having them get any shot they wanted felt like a 30 point deficit.
Cam inserting himself in the game is admirable but he looks very gimpy and that’s not a good sign.
And in other basketball news unranked Missouri just knocked off the number one team in the nation. The SEC scheduled this year is going to be worse than hell.
When I tuned in mid way first half, we were down 12, and we are up 9, so that's a 21 point swing.

I doubt there will be a stomping. This is just one of those games, or glad to get away with a one-point victory the way they shot the ball.
What an atrocious game. A W is a W, but this was gross.
These are the types of games winning teams win and losers lose. We face a team that was shooting lights out while we were totally out of it today. A team has to learn how to win. I think we are really close to being one of State's best teams.
Not that this had any bearing on the game, but in the first half, the aPm coach was on the floor during the game when we had the ball, he was standing next to the ref. The ref would wave him back multiple times. Why can't we have ticky tack refs who T these idiots up?
In March, nobody's going to give a **** that it was an ugly win. That's all that matters.
