Do we have a shot here? Frank hasn't had a lot of luck with many big-time in-state recruits lately. Unlike some of the others, though, Jackson sounds like the kind of kid who could actually be persuaded to stay home.

According to most of FGF, Frank is not long for this world here at Carolina. Hopefully this kid you're mentioning is in like 9th grade
He's a 5* junior, top 10 nationally from Columbia.
Unlike previous local recruits who never gave us the time of day, he at least seems to be considering us. He said he saved our visit for last because he wanted it to be the best.
