Looks like it was a set play coming off the opening kickoff of the 2nd OT. They knew Aitana could beat the right back and Hannah just sent it where she knew she would be.

The behind the goal view is my favorite angle of this play, but they cut away from it too soon. When the camera pans back to the field, you can see Hannah's celebration from where she passed the ball.

I hope y'all realize how incredibly athletic that was for Montoya. Yes, great pass by HJ, but to read that pass coming in with the height and speed it was traveling, adjust her run to it and time it to kick accurately ON THE FLY? That kind of "foot-eye" coordination is INSANE!
