I am familiar, of course, with flat earthers, but I was not aware that there were people who do not believe in outer space. Where do they think the sun and moon are?

Yeah, that's a new one to me. How does he think his Sunday football games next year are going to be beamed around the planet for all of us to see? Are those satellites just flying around in the atmosphere on jet fuel 24/7?
