To make it sports related, Bradley Cooper once was on ESPN talking about March Madness.

Saw it last night and had low expectations, as I do for just about any sequel. Having those low expectations, I was still unimpressed, as it is the same movie, same plot, just a different location. Whereas the first movie had the shock value, character development, and a new and fun story, this one still has a lot of laughs, but everything's pretty predicable.

If you want, go and see it, just don't have high hopes.

Why change a winning formula? Thought it was a really funny movie.

They could make 10 movies based on the same **** and each one would be funny. They have a winning formula that is funny.

94% of the people on rotten tomatoes that watched the movie liked it.

I don't think it was a movie that you should go into trying to critique. You know what you are getting when you go in there and it is funny, who gives a damn if you knew what the plot was going to be? Laugh more, ***** less.

i was unimpressed. just wasn't that funny to me. the first one was fresh and hilarious. this one was just ok. what got me the first time was galifianakis. i've been a fan of his for years and he finally got his big break in the first one. this time his character wasn't as funny to me. it seemed like they tried too hard with it.

Haven't seen it. But I don't think I've ever liked a movie when fewer than 50% of critics "like" it.

I did laugh a lot, but it just didn't have the qualities that made the first one special. That's my point. I wasn't expecting the greatness of the first, but I did expect the writers who creatively came up with the original to come up with a storyline that was at least a little fresh. That didn't happen.

I critique every movie I see, but it doesn't have to be stellar for me to enjoy it. I love a lot of "crappy" films. Out Cold is one of my favorite comedies, but is it a good movie? No. Do I find it funny? Yep. It sits on the shelf next to Thank You For Smoking, a good movie.

Maybe I should rename my post "To the movie critics, Hangover 2 will leave you unimpressed."

Movie critics are useless. Just because someone else doesn't like a movie means I won't like the movie. When the first Star Wars was made, the critics raped it. Said it was the biggest bunch of crap ever.

Boy, were they wrong.

Caddyshack to Caddyshack 2... Lame.

Beverly Hills Cop 2 to Beverly Hills Cop 3... Lame.

Hangover to H2?... Redundant. Vulgar. Over the top.... maybe. But not lame.

It's built around the same premise but what did you expect? The directors to just escape fully away from the concept that made the first one such a hit? This movie has more surprises and just as many classic one liners. I thought it was perfect myself.

I'm happy for you. But what did I expect? I didn't expect expect the whole movie to be another bachelor party, as if bachelor parties are the only places people get blackout drunk and/or drugged. ***SPOILER ALERT*** Did Alan really have to be the one to drug them aGAIN? I wish Teddy hadn't have been lost the whole movie. I think I would have liked the dynamic of the young guy mixing with the rest of the cast. I did like the whole chopped off finger mystery. That was fun. And I'm glad I saw it; I'm just surprised at what I view as lack of effort on the writing team's part.

to come out in a while. Except for the Gator parts. Will Ferrel isn't as funny as he thinks.

From bodily fluids and hair samples, we've determined that a bunch of old homeless dudes had an orgy in there.
