My twin boys are in power lifting. He’s also the power lifting coach for Heidelberg, my boys competed against them. Let’s just say some of his guys had mature muscle that a 15 year old should not have, but not as strong as they looked. Body building instead of strength training, I guess. He was a douche then and seems to be a douche now.

My boys finished 1st & 2nd respectively in their weight class. He wasn’t happy about it. I told him to get bent & he tried to start crap with me. Let’s just say, he walked away without incident. He is a good coach fundamentally, but he’s got anger issues, or roid rage.

Oh one of his guys was dq’d due to fighting in the changing room.

I was at the game. This idiot was dogging the Wayne Co players and coaches. Yelling how sorry they were, etc. Yelled out to bring back Boyles and Mangum to coach. It got worse when he called the players pussies throwing in SOB's. bitches, and 17s. That was when the WC fan told him to sit down and shut up. No need for the obscenities. The dude in the blue shirt with him also coaches with him. He's from Wayne Co and has been about as many places as Nowell.

This all took place in the 1st quarter. Guess he saw all he wanted in Quitman's first possession....

The WC guy is now getting free drinks and meals.......

This idiot should be the poster boy for what you never do at an opponent’s stadium. I’m assuming Heidelberg fired him as a result of this. If they didn’t fire him, there’s really no excuse for their ignorance. Something seriously wrong with this dude. If he was looking for an ***-whipping, he couldn’t have picked a better place to get one. This is a school in the state of Mississippi that uses the Auburn University mascot, uniforms etc. for their football team. Just seems to me that there are clearly some issues there…I’ll never understand the whole “War Eagle” deal at Wayne County, complete with the uniforms, etc. It just seems very strange that a Mississippi high school has such a fixation on a school/team from Alabama. Something seems very wrong with the whole situation. If I was from Wayne County, I would be asking some questions and seeking some answers for this whole thing.

Maybe some sixpackers can school me up on something. I coached in 3 different high school districts and Southwestern College in San Diego, CA. Those four entities required me to submit finger print samples to the nearest law enforcement agencies. My prints are on file with San Diego Police Department and San Diego County Sheriff. After printing, the law enforcement agency makes a preliminary communication to the school district. The districts do nothing until they receive notification from law enforcement. The governing authority called the California Interscholastic Commission for sports will have to sign off a credential before a school can hire a coach. After all of this the school district will evaluate an applicant to coach football. How does a clown like this get exposed to the youth of this jurisdiction?
