I don't think Sellers could win it but I do feel he should be on the podium. I do think Travis Hunter wins

Sellers not even listed in Top 5 odds. He has no chance this season and won’t be in NYC.

He’ll be one of the favorites entering next season. Have to imagine we’ll have some portal WRs that will want to play with him. Also believe Mazeo Bennett is going to be a really good player for us when he’s healthy.

No, no reason he should be there. He has been unreal the past 6 games. Had a mostly forgettable first half of the season though. He should be in the talk next year though.

Not only does he not have the media odds but doesn’t have the numbers to merit top five consideration. He’s proven to be a special redshirt freshman quarterback that may merit some dark horse heisman hype in the off season.

He'll garner a few 3rd place votes this year. Maybe even a few 2nd place ones. His 2025 Heisman campaign began in November, 2024, though.

From the games i have watched my top 2 are Lanorris and Travis Hunter.

I think those two and Lagway from the Gators are exceptional talents.

If Lanorris gets into playoffs and wins he must have a chance of winning it, but i agree i think Hunter wins.

No. And not ever if we can't keep him in contention by maintaining a good team around him. That won't be as easy for us as it will be for some other people. I think players like our coach and want to play for him, but it's going to be money that talks now. Only rich kids, untalented kids, or non-greedy kids with non-greedy families will come to a place that can't deliver top money.

Travis Hunter is a uniquely special player but also has help from a future first rounder in Sanders. The way Colorado lost down the stretch and missed the playoffs has me favoring Jeanty for Heisman. Almost alone in company with Barry Sanders. Vital in his teams success and getting to the playoff. No more important player to his team imo.

Shocked he didnt get a helmet sticker in College Football Final yesterday.
I'm a little bit worried that espn is trying to ghost us a bit & not give us publicity. They didn't have the gameday guys pick our game....1st time I ever recall that happening. Didn't make much of a deal over our win yesterday in the highlight shows & on College Football Final. Sellers not getting a helmet sticker. You name it. They control the playoff. I'm worried the brass there doesn't want us in.

Jeanty should get it, but he won't... Unfortunate... But it's usually not for the truly BEST player anyways.

In my opinion they don’t want the push back of us jumping Bama and Ole Miss when in reality they know that’s what should happen. And yes, I know ESPN doesn’t actually rank the teams, but they obviously have a heavy influence.

There are a lot of 5 start athletes that could play both ways but either they or their coaches choose not to left them. What Hunter is doing really doesn’t impress me. I also think the level of competition plays a huge role in his success.

Don’t disagree, but they don’t. Jeanty will get the Walter Camp Award. Hunter will get the Heisman.

This is how I feel too. Don’t get me wrong Hunter is a really good football player, was the top recruit in the country, and will make a good nfl player. There are a ton of guys that could play both we and db and quite frankly 900 yards receiving and a few picks doesn’t merit Herman for me. Maybe if he had like 900 yards rushing too. I feel like Stephon Gilmore would have been better had they let him do it.
