Obviously, there are still some areas that are very devastated. But if that seems too far away or too big a problem for you specifically, there are people in "recovered" areas that still need help.
It's not saving the world, but I encourage those of you that can to find local people (mostly elderly) that can use help cleaning up their property. They are there, and as most people are cleaning up, it's getting easier to see the ones who still need help.
A simple afternoon of cleaning can make a difference.
