No effin’ way they deserve to be here. We beat this team twice. I don’t care what anyone says we are better at basketball than them.
Unfortunately Chris Beard is one of the best College BB coaches in the game and has just enough stink on him that no blue bloods will hire him

There are about two power schools that would hire Beard. Unfortunately the other one already has its scumbag, and he is better than Beard.

need coaches and players that are hungry and be held accountable for getting after it. They are all handsomely paid these days. Ought to have paychecks cut or incentives tied to nil and their paychecks. When you bomb the end of the season you don't get that pay.
Others sports like football our budget is lower than most sec but it's certainly better than the results we are getting.

So what does that mean exactly? Gonna fire everybody, players too? Money spent on baseball is a total waste by the way. College baseball is totally irrelevant to successful athletic programs today.
They lucked into (took a chance on) him and Kiffin two good coaches with just enough baggage that bigger programs won't come calling. I hate that they have better coaches than us, but how knows, Levee could turn into a good coach, let's hope.
Yes, everyone would agree that Izzy IS one of the top coaches in the game and better than Beard, but that doesn't mean Beard isn't very good. If he didn't choke a ***** (allegedly) he'd be at a blue blood.
Coaching wins in March. The better coaches are flexing their muscle. Izzo > Beard.
You cannot deny his ability to coach. It's pretty evident he's damn good at it. Hell, the only thing he does better than coaching basketball is beating up women.
If they can get 2 great players a year in the portal, he’ll continue to get OM deep into the Trny and they were real close to an Elite 8 this year and we beat them twice.
