I don’t agree that UF is 9 points better than us. Listening to all the talk shows, they’re bringing up our rush defense but if I’m not mistaken UF defense is bottom of the league. I can see us beating them.

It won't be shocking if we win. Nor would it be shocking if we get destroyed. The Swamp is a tough place to play. Their D is bad, but so is our offense.
Their defense this year is worst than their defense last season. Our overall team is better than UF. If UF had Vandy logo on their helmet we would’ve been favorite by 9.
I dunno. This isn't the Florida of old, that's for sure, but the Vandy offense dragged our D up and down the field for the better part of the evening. I'm more concerned about Richardson going against our D. Beamer was dead on when he said Richardson would be licking his chops after seeing highlights of the Vandy game.
Our edge defense has been horrible the last 3 weeks and Richardson will kill us if not corrected.
Gainesville is a tough environment. Florida wants to get that 6th win for obvious reasons and then move up in the bowl

Running, throwing qb have been the bane of our existence as long as I can remember. Richardson is no Tebow but he is a multiple threat, the like of which who have haunted us over the years.
I too feel this is a winnable game. There's not a very wide gap between us.

As long as we don't think "we've arrived" again, I think we'll have a shot.
I don't think it will happen, but I've seen enough Gamecock football over the years that there's not that surprises me.. It's a game in the Swamp in which we feel like we at least have a shot at winning. I can totally see us crapping the bed. The mismatch with Richardson worries me. If we can't contain him, it will be a long, long day. With how our D got dragged by Vandy, I'm not super optimistic.

Obviously anything can happen. Kentucky won down there and contained him pretty good. In that game, Kentucky's long snapper had a rough game, even as he has in two other games this season. Kentucky was playing without their top running back. Just pointing out that Florida is currently second tier at best, not top tier. Beating them is not beyond the realm.
Absolutely, which is why I said this is not the UF of old and that it won't be shocking if we win.
UF wins by at least 3 scores. I don’t see us stopping their QB at all. And we’re getting worse on D against the run as the year rolls on. Don’t get me started on our O. Take out a few big plays and our O was bad against Vandy. Especially the OL. Our QB is pedestrian. I’d prefer if we played Joyner.
So let’s take out what the offense did to say they were bad against Vandy? That makes no sense. Well let’s take out Vandy big chunk plays and our defense played well.
We were constantly 3rd and long. We were constantly stuffed on 1st down. Take away 3 big plays and tell me our avg yards per play. We scored once in the 2nd half. Vandy.
UF’s QB will play his best game against us. It won’t be close.

AR15 is a million dollar physical talent with a 10 cent head. If we can get pressure on him and make him think, we have a chance to limit UF's scoring. We have to have discipline in our rushing and DL play or AR15 and Etienne will kill us running the ball.
