It feels good! I don’t care that it was “just” UK. I don’t care that Levis was out. As I’ve posted on here a bunch, this was THE game I had circled to start the season. We simply had to have this one if we wanted to take a step forward this season. Throw in UK’s recent dominance in the series and it was just a must win.

I honestly forgot how this feeling feels.

It does feel pretty nice. If we were going to improve on our 6-6 regular season from last year, this was the first game on the schedule where we could realistically measure improvement. Unless we were WAY better than anybody expected, or WAY worse than anybody expected, we were going 3-2 for the first 5 games this year no matter what. The Kentucky game was always going to be our first chance to improve on last year's record. I don't care that it was their backup QB - we have made plenty of backup QBs look like Heisman candidates over the years. This was a nice win.

i agree, and so what if Levi was out, football is a lot about luck, we lost games Lattimore missed also, thats the game. 4-2 with losses to Georgia and @Arkansas isnt a bad start at all. We need to get bowl eligible
