They are awful. As is the defense as a whole. Way worse than last year. Slow, very slow

Incidentally Peter sermon is still a defensive coordinator, at cal. Currently Washington is beating Cal 31 to 6 in the second quarter.
Apparently a different SEC QB is going to set a completion percentage record against us every week. Our pass defense is awful. Matt Brock should be ashamed.
We don't get close the QB unless we send the house and 3 extra players we sneak on the field
I tried to shed light on this in another thread after the LSU game. We can’t stop the run, defend the pass, or rush the QB. And we don’t tackle very well. We have to switch to a four man front and play our best athletes regardless of position. Lewis needs more PT same goes for Anderson and Isaac Smith.
Our recruiting on the defensive side of the ball for the last three years is raising its ugly head. We didn't recruit players for that side of the ball. Instead we stacked receivers.
