I think we'll find out after March 13... I thought we had a real good team going in and that we can start winning 2 out of 3 series...

I have us beating Clemson 2 out of 3 and Texas as well... But after reading articles about the team, those thoughts I have is now pretty much hope...

Didn't Texas sweep SC last year? 3-0, 4-1 and 8-5? Texas will be a much better team than last year. Anything can happen in baseball, but Texas fans will be disappointed if it isn't a 50 win team this year.

We have a basketball team and they beat who??? UGA??? Just to stay out of the bottom of the SEC???

Come brag about Women's team and you have a much better agreement... Bragging about our men's basketball team is like I have a hot date with Hillary.... 🤮 And I'm not talking about Hillary Duff...

If I remember the series last year two of the three games were pretty close and one bad inning late killed us because of the bullpen..

I kinda doubt many people call a three run win a close game in most instances. Maybe an 8-5 game, but 3-0 and 4-1 games don't lend to the idea you will be getting runs with those "few swings of the bats".

Maybe I've just seen too many 3-0, and 4-1 games change leads in that way over the years.
But I could see how others may not see it that way.

Also, in each of those games we got guys on base at key times that with just a few swings of the bat the scores would have been different. That is what frustrated me so about that series. Lots of missed opportunities for us.

Texas home field was a huge advantage for them, I'll be disappointed if we don't have more success against them at home.

Texas is #1 in some polls lol swept us last year. Think again on that one.

I'll be thrilled if we don't get swept by the Longhorns. Overall, we're 0-6 vs Texas. Lost to them twice in the 1975 CWS, lost in the 2002 CWS title game, and got swept last year in Austin.
