I enjoyed it. I must admit I thought we were going to lose it at the end. Old habits and so on.
Great win!! I debated about going and fortunately decided to go. To beat Clemson the first time Paris faced them is amazing, especially with almost a completely new team. We did make a lot of mistakes(to be expected) and free throws almost cost us(almost new team and shot 6 for 13?? Anyway, the team played hard, came back time after time when it appeared Clemson might take the lead late. Chico`s 2 shots at the end of each half were something special. It was a fun team to watch. G.G. had a great first half and you can tell he is a team player. He was almost like a cheerleader at times, getting the crowd going. Meechie, Gray, others all had solid games. Clemson wasn`t playing their best but we took advantage of it. I don`t expect much this year but I think we will be better than most people thought.
Agree with everything with the exception of Meechie. He had a very rough night with turnovers and struggled scoring. He was pulled late in the game several times. He also missed the front end of a 1 and 1 that could have sealed the deal.
