I know he can bungle some stuff, he did think Alvaro was pointing at the scoreboard no less (has he been paying attention? ). BUT, it has been his job to trapse around the country for so long and cover some very poor basketball at times. What comes to mind is his hot mic moment ruing Iowa had such a player that would "dribble across half-court with his head down into a double-team," lol.

Anyway he's at least passionate for Iowa and I'm glad today for everyone connected in some way to the program ... and us fans too!

So basically because he was just stalking/harassing non-program individuals he didn't violate Title IX. Evidence was there for his actions, and he's a creep.
