I wanna believe this. How many times have we seen otherwise though.
Of course we have seen plenty not be what we thought. This happens to all teams. Tearing ACL during your 2nd college practice was a huge setback. He looks 100% finally. Barring injury his future looks bright. The skeptic in me worries he may get injured again. I expect our three backs to be really really good. Good line and QB play will determine results for these backs. Last year we had neither consistently.

It will depend on the OL. Last year our turnstiles gave defensive guys so many movie passes into our backfield even before the RB could get started
lol…..yep. Lloyd was a victim to that every time he was in the game. He would be handed the ball in the backfield with two defenders grabbing him. No defense worried about the pass and sent 8 about 90% of the time.

O line will be the biggest question of our season.

a beast this year. Watching his HS highlights, and knowing he’s back to full strength it feels like he will be a star. He showed some grat moves, speed and power in the spring. Hope he stays healthy. He, Juju and Smith are going to be special.
I’m with you. He’s the number 1 man. With the defense having to focus on our passing game now will help out the RB. We won’t see defenses putting extra men in the box on us this season. I can’t wait!

ACLs take as much mental as physical rehab. It usually take a full year AFTER the injury heals for a player to fully trust the knee again.
