If you will get on that site there is an article about Polk becoming a volunteer asst. coach at UAB.

When he mentions Byrne, he refers to Byrne as "the other guy".

The dude , although he probably could care less, has lost all respect I had for him as a person. He did a fine job as a coach, but as a person...... that's another story.

As for Byrne?</p>

"Now, the other guy, I won't talk about," Polk said.</p>

Polk said he had changed his will to bequeath money to the MSU Foundation - not the athletic department, as it was previously.</p>

Polk has learned that if he EVER wants to come back, he's going to have to at least stop saying stuff like "I'm going to make sure that Greg Byrne's life is miserable".

While not talking about Byrne at all is still unacceptable, at least it's a step in the right direction.

It's amazing what happens when you put your foot down and don't let people dick you around.</p>
