If Mullen leaves, and Felker doesn't step back into the HC slot, how about Kent Austin?

The man won championships in the CFL as both a player and a coach. His innovative offense would be unleashed as a Head Coach over here (Tyler Russell would be Jevan Snead without the Mental Issues). It's not like we haven't poached OM people before (Bob Tyler). It would reduce Houston Nutt to going back to running his T-formation offense (which is his default mode when he doesn't have an innovative offensive coordinator).

Austin could promote Hudspeth to Offensive Coordinator. We could hire Diaz from MTSU. We'll average 50 points a game, shut out half the teams we play, win the SEC championship, and have all the other SEC schools bitching even more about cowbells.

Professional Head Coach, won a championship just like Gruden.
