If using Android and you want an app icon

• Tap the address bar in chrome and copy the link [[_]]
• Put your phone in airplane mode and disable WiFi to turn off all internet access
• Open the Chrome browser app
• Paste the 6 pack forum URL you copied above
• Press enter and the browser will alert you that you are currently in an offline status
• In Chrome app, click the settings ... in the top right
• select add to desktop
• Turn off airplane mode
