Few Democrats support any of those things you listed. Talk to a liberal in real life and you'll see the Fox News caricatures aren't real.

You seem to think Fox has some e kind of outsized influence on those of us who aren't way left of center.

I rarely watch Fox News unless something they do pops up in my social media. I actually watch a lot of left wing (you know NBC, PBS) media so I can draw my own conclusions.

What I believe about liberals comes almost completely from talking to them and listening to them talk and reading what they type.

Y'all shut the party quibbles up and get to posting whatever is new or confirmed.

I'll start - saw that it was confirmed the CIA promoted the Hungarian revolution. I don't think that is a surprise to many but it's the first time we've seen our side confirm it. Not really something I'm educated on but I'm sure someone here will find it interesting.

And yet he was right on this one. There was nothing new in this release. A few unredacted sentences here and there, but nothing that changes what we've known for 60 years - Oswald acted alone and murdered JFK.
Since I know you didn’t read 80000 pages in 24 hours, what “source” told you it was nothing? I read several fascinating ones where people both here and overseas knew ahead of time, one where it says Israel should never be mentioned, some cia folks saying it was them, etc.

I'd be pretty careful not to mix up "some random person made an unverified claim at some point" and "the documents actually assert these claims are true."

This video seems like a pretty good summary, and it's from a conservative source so everyone here should be comfortable watching it:

When you say conservative, do you mean has a natural hair color and a job or are we talking full denim skirt Pentecostal?

Hard to mix up what I saw with my own eyes. You posted a video of some douche on YouTube telling you what he is seeing and I’m telling you what I saw. It’s a waste of time to try to change someone’s mind so I’m done with this conversation. You already made your mind up 24 hours into an 80000 page document was released because someone in a video, that also hasn’t read 80000 pages, said you should.

I'm surprised he hasn't started threads minimizing Musk's role in bringing back the astronauts or Trump's negotiation of peace deals.

Quors is the kind of guy who would sit on his hands while Trump celebrates a kid who's fighting and beating cancer.

With all due respect, you don't know me and don't have a clue what you're talking about.

Lefties die on a different hill everyday in the name of "Orange Man Bad"

This time, over something that happened 62 years ago.

It is fascinating to watch the Triggered Masses that have been GasLit to hate the stable genius, LOL

Sadly, this thread ain't long for this world. RIP.

It does seem like the partisan bickering clouds the fact that there are awful people in Washington on both sides of the aisle. Hacks and grifters who are completely on the take when it comes to taxpayers money. To be clear on my view, I'd like them all to be rooted out and even jailed if that's warranted.

Very little chance that happens with this administration, but I like those odds better than no chance, which is the alternative.

Fox News has a few million viewers, mostly elderly. It's similar to MSNBC except some recent study I've read showed MSNBC's average nightly viewer was a millionaire around age 70. MSNBC is for rich, white septuagenarians who want scary bedtime stories. I suspect Fox, which I don't watch either, has the same outrage generator type of news.

It would shock me greatly if the average MSNBC viewer is a millionaire... that would mean there are reasonably successful (and theoretically intelligent) people walking around out there who got their news for years from Joy Reid, Rachel Maddow, and Lawrence O'Donnell.

Think now. If you have 12 viewers and 6 are millionaires you're there ! **

White progressives are rich. The college educated white vote has moved from the Republicans to the Dems since Obama. I suspect the type of person saying "ain't no way" in your post is likely insufficiently informed.

It’s interesting that today’s left is in lockstep with mainstream media and in bed with the federal bureaucrats. They plug their ears and basically trust every word that’s fed to them from lifelong politicians- even though there’s a **** ton of evidence recently, specifically COVID, that we should not trust anything they say. Why are today’s liberals like this? It’s completely opposite of what the progressives were from 1960s - 2010s
Not sure why this is interesting or surprising or worth even mentioning.
It's a water is wet situation.

Parties change over time, despite insiting they haven't or won't or whatever.
No surprise.

On some large issues, the Democratic party has changed multiple times in my lifetime.
On some large issues, the Republican party has changed multiple times in my lifetime.
