To my understanding, only the very top fraction of salaries, I believe sorted among other state employees such as the governor, are required to be disclosed… for a major university, this typically includes football HC, AD, and President.

PSU is required by law to release the compensation for certain officers like the University President, as well as the top 25 base salaries and top five total compensation packages. Going by the latest report available (2023), Sanderson did not appear on either list. So his base salary was less than $491,006 and total compensation was less than $1,599,857 in 2023.
