When you are playing that ACC schedule you can’t help but be good, if you’re not, you’re in trouble.
I think they have at least 2 losses because I'm gonna go ahead and call a Gamecock win in Death Valley.I think they go 12-1 and get in as ACC champs.
It was possible before. It was a high likely hood that if Clemson had won out, along with smu and Miami, they would have been left out due to metrics. It is now possible that clemson does not make it to the ACC championship game. If clemson does not make it to the championship game then you really cannot justify clemson as a NCAA playoff team.
You are talking about MBB, WBB, or baseball?I had a Clemson fan buddy of mine tell me they were back and were going to go all the way now that Georgia woke them up. I agree they are playing better but looking deep into it, their opponents record since the Georgia game is 8-14. Their conference opponents record is 2-8. So I ask, are they really that good again or is it just playing a schedule that is really, really bad. The only ranked team they have left on their schedule is #22 Pitt. So they very well may have a spectacular record but ARE THEY REALLY THAT GOOD AGAIN?
This is not a S Car against Clemson tougher schedule thing, it is legitimate question about how good Clemson really is this year.
