Or do referees in women's college basketball constantly overlook (and not call) traveling? I keep rewinding and replaying and I'm seeing it several times per game. (Men's game, too -- CMB got away with one against the Vols).

Yes, many violations are overlooked... if they're not obvious. Part of the accepted culture of NCAA Women's Basketball.
