His junior year video highlights are unreal, and we could use an unreal receiver! Just one year I'd like to see us take on O$U with equal receiver talent.

I'd be happy if just one of them were of equal talent. Seriously, imagine if we had a go to guy who actually struck fear into opposing DCs and DBs?

As upset with Justin Shorter as i was....i now understand/realizing he did have cause to look elsewhere....just wish he hadn't done it during the season. So many 4* receivers yet so few ever developed....just don't understand how that could happen with an asst coach who was pretty terrific as a WR and a head coach that spent 8 years in D1 college and the NFL as a receivers coach. Just seems to me that questions should have risen with the lack of development and production.

Shorter played like a 3 star at Florida and earned a 5th round pick. Speed, weight and drops are still questionable.

Yeah, Shorter was a bust no matter what school he suited up for. He was no better at Florida than he was at Penn State. The common denominator was him.
