Interesting that Clem's downward slide began when every other college team could pay players legally. If they were in the SEC they would have 0 conference and 0 national championships. Clems first national championship cheating resulted in the implementation of the death penalty rule that ruined SMU for decades. None of their accomplishments are legit. All legit because the NCAA didn't vacate or tough them..see USC( the real one) and so many conference championships.
