There should be the ability to review a damn penalty. If the guys on TV can say "that's a terrible call" review it.

Missed calls are just as bad. Give the coaches 3 flags or something like that. The guys on the field don't have the best view. Technology can help. It's just stupid that we say "only plays are reviewable, not penalties because penalties are judgment calls." Well, it's also a judgment call on the field whether a player made a catch or not.

Have a head official who can review each challenged call. Dumb that there's not someone to overrule officials on penalites.

Is there any kind of a performance review system for refs? I don't know how it would work out, but Refs should get graded after every game.

There needs to be a standard like 90% correct. And include missed calls, so you can't get a good grade by just not making any calls.

I'm not sure that review has improved the game. Seriously awful calls are still effecting the game, and the review slowdowns are taking away from the experience too.

This is a no-brainer one million percent blown call that both took a touchdown off the board for Alabama and simultaneously awarded the ball to Oklahoma via the resultant turnover on downs. SMDH.
