As always, never ever bet for or against Mississippi State.
I think that holds true for the entire SEC this year.
Georgia (-2.5) could beat Ole Miss by 20, or squeak by in 1-3 point win, or lose by two touchdowns. Neither team has been particularly consistent.
South Carolina is a 3.5 point favorite over Vandy, but there's a part of me that thinks that Vandy wins this game by 10.
Texas should manhandle Florida and cover 21.5 points, but if they end up squeaking by on a questionable holding call, then that would also weirdly make sense this year.
OU - Mizzou... Mizzou is only a 2 point favorite, which is a little surprising, but also... kind of not? This is the worst OU team in a generation and early in the season, it looked like the best Mizzou team since joining the SEC, but their best win is Vanderbilt and they've gotten beat by every other team with a pulse. OU had its chances to beat Tennessee and Ole Miss and couldn't capitalize, but also beat Tulane, who isn't terrible. This is probably OU's last opportunity for a win (and non-APR bowl eligibility) this season.
Alabama and LSU... Bama is a 2.5 point favorite, but there is literally no outcome that would surprise me. Bama blowout, LSU blowout, one score, two score, Alabama goes for 2 to win in OT but then Mike the tiger gets out of his cage and fights the ghost of Bear Bryant. There's no consistency in this league.
