Following the Lowe oblique injury. Hope he does enough to earn a permanent spot
Well deserved. No matter what happens, he’ll officially be an MLB player for the rest of his life.
Lowe is their best OF by far, and everyone else in their OF is very underwhelming offensively. He missed 46 games last year with the same injury. It’s hard to see a situation where this isn’t a lengthy call-up, unless he just really, really struggles.
Also a nice tidbit, salary goes up to a nice $760k with him on the active roster.
Like the saying goes….luck is when preparation meets opportunity.

I dont see any way that he does not have at least moderate success. He has ALWAYS worked his tail off to be the best he can be, and has always worked to constantly get better. He is a "scrappy" ball player, although that description does not do him justice. He will do anything and everything he has to do to be successful.
If he gets volume, I expect him to be successful
Mangum hasn’t been in uniform here going on 6 years and he’s still the best thing about this baseball season.
Does anyone know when he will actually be in the lineup? I sorta looked around but could not find anything.
Watched the whole game thinking he might get a chance. I can't adopt a second team that leaves the bases loaded consistently and can't get the hit at the right time. 12 hits, 5 walks, ONE run. Left the bases loaded twice. Got thrown out at home twice. It's like our Bulldogs grew up and moved south...
