Just for curiosity, is there or was there any serious consideration on Clemson's part to give Landon Powell any consideration

Due diligence would have had his name in there, but we know……as they know. too much cock in the family.
I wouldn’t think so. Clearly the front runner for Carolina if Kingston fails.
Everything that I hear says that while they would certainly be interested they realize it ain’t going to happen. Not much of a prediction but I’d be shocked if he wasn’t y’all next coach.
From my understanding, there are lots of people that believe you guys will have an opening in another year and that even had Clemson gotten Powell, it would have only been for a year. They said he loves SC and would leave Clemson after one year to be your coach. I understand that completely.
