Just for Debate: If Levis stayed would we have won every game this year?

If we stuck with Levis since the Ohio State game where he almost rallied us back and he stayed thru Covid would we have had more wins. He definitely has a better arm and is a better runner. I know some blowhards on the board are going to cry that he left, who cares, Will who? blah blah blah. But he is projected to be a top ten overall draft pick this year and Clifford is not.

I appreciate all Clifford has done but I'm curious for other thoughts.

No, but we would have been 10-3 instead of 7-6 last year

Yes, every game. With Levis at the helm PSU would have buttfucked Georgia worse than Sherman.

Now, you seem like someone who would be interested is some beachfront property in Mozambique....

P.S. Well, I'll be.....

Sean Clifford was the better FBS QB this year.

Levis is all measurables. Neither of these guys were CFP Champ QBs.

Boot cut vs straight leg Levi’s is the only aspect not discussed in detail .

Since this seems to come up with alarming frequency, I'll say the same thing I usually do: What did you or anyone else see when Levis took the job in 2020? I didn't see much, and the job was there for the taking. He still lost it to the guy who originally had it, when it would have been his if he could show an aptitude for it. Levis just wasn't very good when he saw the field. His passing numbers, IIRC, were not very good for PSU.

Sure he did better at UK, and good for him. His measurables have always been touted, and if he can parlay those into life-changing, generational wealth via the NFL, great. But I'm not seeing it. If he goes to the right situation, and sits and learns for a time, maybe.

What if our players were 10 feet tall and could fly?

I think this is an absolutely stupid question. As I said before, I could care less if Levis has better pro potential. I only care about who is the best choice to play QB at Penn State. That was clearly Clifford. He played better this year than Levis; check out the numbers.

We’re not battling it out, in this thread he’s pretty much coming off as a troublesome dork.
I don't worry about this sort of speculation either, but his post is hardly deserving of the personal attacks. Seems like too nice of a guy for that sort of stuff.

Richard Sherman?

Sherman Hemsley (pre 2012, of course)?

If traffic had been lighter on the way to the stadium, would Hugo Bezdek have led the Lions to victory over USC in the 1923 Rose Bowl?
