We are a broken program right now, lack of leadership, motivation, coaching and talent is real! I've been watching Msu baseball longer than most on this board, I have seen some bad play but usually we recover, now it doesn't look like it is fixable under this staff.
Lastly, it ain't Starkville or NIL, it starts at the top!!! I just shake my head folks blaming Starkville and NIL as the problem. We can do better!

It's Coaching decision, think about how many times the last 3 1/2 years we go into the season and early games and still don't know who to pitch, bat or play defense. It's not just one position either, it is usually 3 or 4 four.

It's been something we do under Lemonis. He gets weirdly loyal to some guys while others can't seem to get out of the dog house. Maybe it's just the outside looking in, but I have to believe it's noticeable within the program too.

I feel sorry for the students. In my 4 years we went to a final four, two college World Series, and an SEC football championship. The best thing the students have now is an average SEC basketball team (admittedly in possibly the best basketball conference ever, but I doubt we hang a banner for that)
