Obviously none of those games have anything to do with one another, but, man....gotta be something in the water thereFiesta Bowl baby. 7-0.
You're lucky the 2nd round doesn't include any home fields. I'd hate to play Boise State on thier blue field especially when they're wearing blue uniforms. They'd be camouflaged.
Smurf TurfHow many teams do you clearly see in this photo? BSU is the team wearing blue.

That game was vs Oregon and they had more 1st downs and more total yards. Oregon won because they had two kick returns for TDs.They played one good team all year and lost.
Yep, but it was the second game of the season, so might have caught them at a good time. That game was vs Oregon and they had more 1st downs and more total yards. Oregon won because they had two kick returns for TDs.
That's possible but I have a feeling they'll be tough.Yep, but it was the second game of the season, so might have caught them at a good time.
I agree that TOs will be critical but you think we'll need 4-5 to lose? That seems a tad optimistic.Jeanty is a good back. But even if he goes off (which I doubt with our run defense) and gets 250 yards, that’s equal to 2-3 TDs at most. The rest of their O is pedestrian. In a better climate situation, expect a reemergence of Warren and Allar. Add in Nick and Fatman going for 150-200 combined, I can’t see where the smurfs can keep up with PS. You’ve got a blue chip team (over 50% of roster 4 and 5* players) vs a non blue chip team. Depth in the second half will cause PSU to pull away. Only way PS loses is if total self-destruction occurs - think 4-5 turnovers.
I heard the same thing all last week about SMU.That's possible but I have a feeling they'll be tough.

Drew needs to play like he did against Oregon not like he did yesterday. He knew he was playing with house money for that game and you could see the pucker factor yesterday.Looks Boise’s pass defense is not good.
I’ll forgive him that pucker, it was a HUGE gameDrew needs to play like he did against Oregon not like he did yesterday. He knew he was playing with house money for that game and you could see the pucker factor yesterday.
I baled out when I read too many Ped State comments. I thought I was on the Lair (blacklisted) Board.Loading…

He won’t have 20 degree weather with wind gusts all over. I watched Flounder’s post game comments from down on the field and that wind was brutal.Drew needs to play like he did against Oregon not like he did yesterday. Wanna think about that some more? Oregon averaged like 1.1 yards/play more. Maybe the kick returns were largely responsible for Oregon running 16 fewer plays? Oh, and the two turnovers…That game was vs Oregon and they had more 1st downs and more total yards. Oregon won because they had two kick returns for TDs.
