Suppose most HC would have this to some extent. The really good one's will change and accept their assistant coaches input. Surround yourself with good people.....
I think Kingson has made some good offseason hires, and by the way every job I ever had the head man called the shots! Caillet and Wingo have to help us on and off the field, interested to see how Justin Parker works out, Indiana has had some outstanding pitching recently as I remember!
The buck has to stop somewhere. The head coach has to have the most leverage. Now, if your assistants don't have input worth adopting, you really don't need them.
