Listening to Neil Price this afternoon…

during the Mike Leach celebration and we have a real gem in him!
I don’t get to listen to him on the radio much like I did back in the day with Jack Cristal but I hope he sticks around for a very long time as the Voice of the Bulldogs!

I have heard Neal talk about the guys he listened to as a young man that influenced his career. Jon Ward, Jack and a few others. He definitely sounds like those guys and does an awesome job.

Neil is a great play by play guy. Great voice. He is definitely top shelf and asset to MSU.

It's tough on most of us because Jack's voice was our experience of State football. TV broadcasts were a rarity. Even when you were able to make the game, you or someone near you had the radio on in the stands. Neil is great at his job, but we sure do miss the sound of Jack calling the game.
