Looking at the ESPN CFB Week 1 schedule today, and this stuck out to me....

I noticed the tickets column, which list tickets to each game for the cheapest available on Vivid Seats, so the "get in" price and of the 84 College FBS games scheduled for Week 1 (Thursday- Monday):

-Only 6 games have a "get in" price of over $100
-Only 8 games have a "get in price of over $50 (the $100 games are included)
-50 games have a "get in" price of less than $20

*Disclaimer: I did the math very quick, so may be off one or two games either way on my counts.

I know there has been some apathy towards CFB on this board, but its not a MSU problem..... Also makes sense how stadiums are now being focused towards comfort over capacity.

If we could patent the "Balconies" we could make some money on it. I think you're gonna see a lot of out-of-the-box thinking on getting folks to come to the stadiums the next few years.

I was confused about one, but man, how did Old Dominion swing this?

They get Virginia Tech at home in their 22,000 seat stadium and tickets are going for $160-$300.

ETA: App State has the same formula with North Carolina going to Boone. Even the bad seats are well over $200.
