M2M video player has actually gotten worse from year to year

Its amazing, they have managed to make their product worse.

Great job IT nerds and ATH Dept. Great job.

The current video player is a total pice of ****, Its like they are trying to reduce the features and technology each year.

Lots of schools use the product. I would suggest you click on the feedback link in M2M and tell them specifically what you don't like. I have done that before and slowly but surely some things get better. It is most likely because more people than just me and more than from just MSU are voicing the same complaint. I do know that the Athletic Dept staff has had conversations with Jump about the quality of the product.

after complaining numerous times about the quality of the service i submitted my final feedback by not renewing.....apparently they still don't get it. It always seemed like their attitude was "its us or nothing".

Tell M2M to go pound sand for $100. If they give you the "its JUMP TV" business then ask why your credit card receipt says M2M.</p>

Yeah, i figure its not actually MSU Athletics that is running the site/program, but it is them making the decision on who to use and what sort of package is used...ive gotta assume there are different packages/services/levels.

Am i nuts or have they actually changed hosts in the short time M2M has been around? Jump TV's format has changed, i know, but it seems like the company hosting the site has changed too.
How the F do they not have a FF/RW bar to drag and skip around within the game?!?! THAT **** IS ON EVERY OTHER VIDEO PLAYER IVE SEEN IN THE LAST DECADE.

I took your advice and sent em a long message as to why i want cash back. It took awhile to find the link to comment...shocker.
