Read some things on ISU's AD having to have full control of NIL funds & Campbell and even the bball coach TJ Otzlberger have grown tired of not being able to spend the funds as they wish on their respective programs; the money coming in is going into a general pot & distributed as Pollard sees fit.
They also are in a big hole financially, something over 100 million. I think this is a big reason Campbell left. He is tapped out of what he can do at ISU. Joining a much healthier conference at a perennial powerhouse was a very wise move.
