They are letting anyone into the lower bowl after second media timeout. They don't advertise that for some reason.

Not only do they not advertise it but nobody moved down so maybe thats True but i wasnt going to get turned away a fourth time. And the queen’s guard all remained posted at there terminals ensuring nobody filled in the thousands of empty seats for the duration of the game. Just comical.
