McCready is saying it’s Lebby…

Listen, if ya can't beat them hire their former assistants. It's like ordering Lane Kiffin from Wish.com
I'd take Kirby
Is it nowhere close to what mullen’s was. Mullen and Meyer developed their own offensive system and Mullen was always the play caller. Plus the biggest glaring difference is that Mullen made it work at schools like bowling green and Utah. Lebby was under lane Kiffin and Kiffin was the real OC there. At Lebby has been at Oklahoma working with Oklahoma talent. Resumes not even close.

McCready obviously hasn’t talked to Hunter or he would know it is either Fritz or Odom

So you telling me Lebby left calling plays at UCF to go to Ole Miss and not call plays? You do understand Lebby has been in that offensive scheme longer than Kiffin...right?Mullen wasn't the OC at Bowling Green and Utah.Mullen got the State job being the OC at Florida with Tebow and Percy Harvin etc...

Agree when it comes to getting a sitting P5 h/c or a good G5 h/c but when it comes to assistants, well this reportedly 3x what Lebby is making per year at OK.
Yes and that is called being competitive. Nobody is going to come to the SEC and coach at a perennial bottom feeder for 3 million per year.
The price of poker has changed and that is why MSU is stuck in the past because fans think we should be cheap and expect championship results.
I don’t care that Lenny is an OC making 2 million. Sam Tittman was a career line coach and is making $6m

That’s probably a good idea, talking up your next HC.
I’m not going to ole miss and would never go to ole miss. I’m either going to go to USM or going with an air raid pass heavy coach.

and you obviously don’t know the origin and history behind the Mullen/Meyer offense. You’re not giving credit where credit is due.

Yes but when he was a coach there McCready wasn't a fan..........
Haha…

trust me, I know all about him and his dislike for us. I lived in Mobile when he was on the radio there and he hated MSU then (because he’s an OM fan). I remember one day a MSU fan called in and called him out on it. Neal said “I don’t hate MSU, I hate Sherrill”…Next year when Croom was the coach - same s h I t…

Why is **** getting attributed to me today? Are pop ups making it look like I am commenting on things I am not? I’m just saying you are going to the school you cheer for.

If y’all really want to see squalling, wait until we hire Lebby, A&M hires Kiffin, and UMISS hires Chadwell.
But yeah, the Lebby deal was been done for quite a while. Too bad nobody wanted to listen to Other Kind.
Hear you loud and clear

I’d rather go 6-6 next year with games 38-35 than 7-5 with 17-14 games.
I’d rather go 7-5 any day. But we’re going to be doing good to hit either 6 or 7 wins with what we’ve got coming back no matter who the coach is.

In four years, he will be gone. He will either be successful and leave or suck and be fired.
If he leaves for a better job in 4 years it was a home run hire. We have to quit worrying how long a coach will stay and worry about hiring a coach a top program would want. And there aren’t many that could hit a coach away from us.

Mullen wasn’t the OC until he was at UF. He was only the QB coach at Utah and Bowling Green.

That he’ll be in Starkville tonight, but the deal is basically done. Just over $5M per year. He adds that he’s not officially reporting it, but McCready would know.

If that turns out to be true, this coaching search has gone about as well as it could. Lebby was right at the top of MSU’s list. I think we got our guy.

Hope you’re ready for 6’3 300 lbs coach with a dip in and blaring Tyler Childers.
Gross. We'll be doing this again in 2-3 years.

He looks and speaks like Jeremy Pruitt, let's hope he is more intelligent and coaches better.

Will we need to lockdown all of our coeds for the next 4 years?
