He has Pittsburgh drafting 12. My question is how he arrived at #12. If Pittsburgh loses it last 4 games, which I think they will, does that keep them at 12 or can they go higher. Giants with 2 top 10 picks and zero OL help projected? Probably par for the course, but wasting Barkley.
Could Pickett handle playing at Heinz in front of fans? That would have to be weird for him.

LOL, he must plan on getting one through FA cause he's not rebuilding with any of the current ones on the team.
If the Steelers keep playing the way they are, pretty soon their home games will look alot like a Pitt game!

Giants fan here. They definitely need edge rusher and OL help. With that being said, Daniel Jones has a neck issue (getting either second or third opinion on it now), so don't put QB past the new GM coming in, who should clean house across the board. Been a disaster going on a decade now for the Giants. Yes, they have wasted Saquon, but I honestly didn't expect him to be back to 100% this year coming off the ACL. Then he sprained his ankle and that set him back even more.
Steelers are going to bring in a Derek Carr or Jimmy Garropolo.
They will be draft OL, and LB or S with their first 3 picks. I don't see them picking up option on Bush and paying Haden.
On Pickett, weather you think he busts or not, he is going to be a top 10 pick. Houston could take him at 3 or Giants will at one of their picks. If neither of those teams select him, Atlanta will grab him at 8. Several teams in the top 10 need a QB.

They will beat Cleveland, just cause they do and might be Tennessee this weekend. Tennessee is struggling.
KC will destroy them and Baltimore game is 50/50.
Just watch, they'll lose to the Titans then win out against the Chiefs, Browns and Ravens and miss the playoffs because of the Titans loss. It's been the Tomlin way.
The game is 50/50, but with no Henry and Brown and with how Tannehill has looked this year, I could also see the Steelers beating Tennessee like how New England beat them this year.

Baltimore is a mess right now. Lamar is injured, their OL might be worse than Pittsburgh's and they have no RB's.
The only problem is that the Titans are actually decent. It's usually a garbage team that stinks up their playoff chances.
Either way they will probably be as close to the playoffs as possible to minimize draft placement.
If it makes them miss the Pitt QB then maybe it's a good thing.
It puzzles me why anyone thinks that Pickett is better than Mason Rudolph. Mason had better stats in college than Pickett against far better competition and Mason performed well for multiple years. Pickett sucked for 4 years and then had great stats during his senior year while playing against glorified high school competition. It will be interesting to see how he does against Michigan State, if he opts to play. That will be the first real team that he will have played against this season. Pickett would be smart to pass on the Michigan State game. He might be exposed as a fake if he plays in that game. Right now he may be set to make big money unless he flunks the combines.

There's been the Aaron Rogers chatter, but Russell Wilson (via trade), Marcus Mariota, Jameis Winston and Teddy Bridgewater have all been mentioned.
Does Wilson still have his no trade clause unless it’s certain teams? I remember reading something about that
Pickett is more athletic and has a far better arm than Rudolph. I reality I wouldn't call the B12 defenses any better than the ACC. I am not saying they should select Pickett but I think he is far more talented than Rudolph.
Rodgers would be interesting considering how he's only a year and a half younger the Ben. Apparently Rodgers went the Tom Brady route and did his best to take care of himself. OTOH, Ben was hitting the bars and crashing his motorcycle.
Meh. Not a fan of this. As a Steeler fan, this is hard for me to say, but I hope they lose out. Get as high of a pick as you can get and kick the tires on Tua in Miami. If Miami truly is willing to deal him, offer the first round pick and Rudolph. I have very low expectations for Rudolph. Tua is still in a rookie contract also, so it would allow the Steelers to possibly get some OL and defensive secondary help in free agency. Just my 2 cents and wish list.

Pickett is a dime a dozen QB in the league. Someone is going to spend way too much draft capital on him. He’ll probably carve out a nice career across several rosters as a back-up or part-time starter, but there’s nothing transformational about his game (kinda like Rudolph).
That said, I’d take the best OL available and CB in the high rounds, and if a QB like Strong from Nevada is available after round 1, take him and let him develop. They have a TON of cap money to spend this year as well, so some holes can be filled in FA.

This is not the same Browns team as last season. They are dealing with too many injuries.
I was on the Mason should get the a shot train, but the Detroit game happened and saw him throw a ball 10 feet over Dionte Johnson head who was wide open like 14 feet away from him. Mason is nothing more then a #2 or even #3. I think right now Haskins would be better as a backup.
How is Pickett going to be exposed by MSU? Don't they have the worst Pass D in the nation and one of the worst ever?
