Michigan shares a tunnel with the opposing team? WHY?
Why put your own players at risk unnecessarily.
Asking for trouble!

What I saw was several M. St. players beating the crap out of one M. player. They had him down and kicking and hitting him with fist. Broke his nose. anywhere else that would be assault.

That should go beyond suspension from a team.

Isn’t an attack on one person by two or more people considered a lynching?

I know people that would call words they don't like assault nowadays.
Assaults generally are just words. An assault is committed when someone “engages in conduct which places another in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery.” It's a threat—real or implied—of a battery. A battery occurs when one “causes bodily harm" to a person.

Beating someone with your helmet is a dangerous and cowardly act.
