There's no love lost here for Ahia State, to be sure. But I just watched highlights of Michigan's final drive against Illinois today, to kick a winning field goal with 9 seconds remaining. Until today, I had always discounted that Michigan "Referines" stuff, but I am now a full believer. The refs blew three (3) calls on that final drive to frickin' HAND the game to the Referines. Hairball's smug post game interview was the cherry on the top of that shiat sundae.

I don't like either, but because I respect one and not the other, I actively root against Michigan.
My decision is based on three factors:
1. Who'd I bet on?
2. Does the result of the game benefit Penn State?
3. Who does the loss hurt the most? I'll pull for that.
If Tennessee loses this game to So Car, the loser of this game is likely getting in the playoff. Therefore, I will have zero rooting interest unless my first caveat is in play.

Ohio State. tOSU is pretty well established as a consistently elite team; we don’t want UM to be in that group as well. A second year of them making the CFP would give them a lot of momentum and it’s easy to pass one elite team than two.
