Up until its demise, the PAC 12 was still scheduling like the B1G used to do years ago. Games were on Thursdays and Saturdays (with an occasional bump to Sunday). Each week a team was either at home or had two nearby road games. The B1G is doing some of that, like when Iowa played at Oregon and Washington, but there was an extra day between them, extending the road trip.
If Cronin is complaining about irregular scheduling (games on any day of the week) and longer trips, then he’s got a point.

Mick needs to take another job. Maybe in the MAC conference or something where his travel will be easier.
